<p>  The ball is swung with both hands on one side of the body.  Only the fingers or fingers and thumb of one hand are inserted in the ball and the ball is supported with the other hand.</p>
<p>At the release time, the top hand comes away and the follow through is with the gripping hand.  More hook and power is generated this way.  Is USBC okay with this method for league play and tournaments?</p>
